We had a fabulous Thanksgiving week. It started with fun at the Andrus home on Sunday and Monday. We loved having Rich, Mir and family here. We loved having Ben and fam also. Then on Thursday we went to Tami's and had a great time. I went shopping on Black Friday and our Wal-Mart was so crazy I went home and didn't buy anything. I figured it wasn't worth a few bucks.

Trippin
Derek and His mom made a glass table weight at the Corning Factory in Corning NY. We then went to Norman Rockell's studio and museum. I loved it and was in 7th heaven. He did a four picture group about the four freedoms we all should have and Derrek and I sat in the gallery and sobbed our eyes out together while we listened to the narrator. The next day we went to Lexington and Concord. The bridge is the bridge where the first shot was fired. I am blogging on two sites and am sleepy so will do more tomorrow night. I love you all. Kap

Palmyra, and Niagra
Derrek and I are having a great time in New York. We have had a great time. We love all of our family and are grateful for each one of you. As we have been through Palmyra I have been amazed at how many times one person was in the right place at the right time over and over in the restoration of the gospel. We each are in our right places and each of us need to do our best to keep going. Love you Kappy

Summer Lovin
Jacob's climing lessons.
Jake got climbing lessons for his 8 year old birthday. He also recieved climbing gear so he can climb "real" rocks with Derrek. He has always been a monkey and climbing is a natural talent for him. He learned many things and is thinking about competing in some climbing contests coming up. For right now however it is just for fun.
The last of my cousins to serve Yeah Taylor and David
Grandpa Great looking good at 90. Kept his promise to the boys to be alive when they left for their missions. He is so pleased with his grandsons.
Karie's wedding was beautiful. She was and is so happy. Johnny is a great addition to our extended family.
The aunts all together. We are so glad Lydia is living close and can attend all the fun family events.
We went to Jackson Hole for Gma and Gpa Williams 40th wedding anniversary. Derrek was in charge of taking pictures for Jackson and we choose this lovely spot. However, the weather did not cooperate. We ended up taking the family pictures in the condo we (Derrek's family) were renting for the weekend. He did a great job. Photographing 26 people is never a great time for anyone-- but the vacation was a memorable time for everyone. (I don't klnow what I did with the picture.) New to the blog thing sorry. Time for Shelby's soccer game.

Things that make me smile
I have been reading all of my families blogs. I decided to get involved a little.
The things that I have smiled about the past few days. The phone book that arrived in the driveway a few days ago reminded me of my sister in law Tami's adventure filled job. Rachel and Shelby "sweeping" and dancing in the kitchen. Jacob's sitting on my lap and telling me he loves me.
