Jarom is ONE!

So Jarom has been one for a few weeks now and I thought we better get his birthday documented to some degree.  He is adorable.  He is so funny.  He wants to be as big as the rest of our family.  He is very very determined.  He learned to walk a few days before he turned one and perfected the walking game in Arizona With Rich and Mir and kids.  Such fun.

Here is Jarom at a year:
He weighs about 21 pounds
He is taller than my other babies but I haven't measured him yet. (Dr's appointment soon).  He got his first ear infection two weeks before his birthday and has struggled to get rid of it.
He loves to be with the big kids and is often angry when he is left on the upstairs side of the gate.
He likes to eat everything and anything in sight but refuses to use a spoon or allow anyone else to feed him with a spoon.

He is wearing 12 month clothes and they are a little big on him.He is wearing size 3 diapers in the day and size 4 at nights.  His laugh is endearing and he is still a snuggle bug thus his nick name Squishy is so appropriate.  He loves to empty things.  Anything will do.  Dishwashers, drawers, toyboxes, book shelves, food closet.  WOW is he busy.......

We love him so much.  He is a balm to my broken heart and the hearts of my children.  He was playing ball with Jacob a few days ago and the tears were just a going.  That Jacob boy has waited so long to play with a  brother.  What a sweet answer to prayers ....   Love those boys......
